SGX-500
The SGX-500 meets the key IT requirements of small branch offices without compromise; it minimizes downtime, reduces the total cost of ownership, and improves overall service availability and manageability.
The SGX-500 Services Gateway is a fixed-configuration chassis with one WAN interface (T1, ISDN or ADSL) and 4 10/100 LAN ports, and supports a full range of services, including:
- Stateful firewall with DoS attack prevention, NAT, ALG & ACL capabilities
- High performance intrusion detection and prevention
- VoIP support through SIP ALG gateway with QoS
- IPSec VPN with dedicated hardware accelerator offering 1Gbps+ throughput
- Advanced routing with support for required protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIPv1/v2)
- Layer 2 Ethernet switching
- QoS capabilities
Because it truly unifies services at the architectural level, NetDevices SGX-500 Services Gateway offers the same high level of performance even when multiple services are running.
NetDevices ModuLiveTM modular operating system maximizes availability and greatly reduces the time required to deploy new or upgrade existing services.
