Seenu Banda
Founder, President & CEO
Seenu Banda is responsible for the strategic direction and management of NetDevices. Prior to founding NetDevices, Banda was senior director of marketing for the mid-range router family at Cisco Systems. In this role, he concurrently managed multiple billion-dollar product lines including the 7200 and 7500, spanning across multiple market segments from enterprise, service provider, and broadband aggregation to security solutions. Prior to joining Cisco, Banda worked at Intel Corporation for six years in strategic and product marketing roles. Banda holds an MBA, a Masters in computer science, and BS in computer engineering.

Rob Haragan
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President, Engineering
Rob Haragan oversees the engineering organization and technical vision at NetDevices. Prior to founding NetDevices, he spent 10 years at Cisco Systems, where he led the development and engineering teams that designed three generations of 7000 series router products' one of Cisco's most successful product lines. Before joining Cisco, Haragan worked in software development at IBM Watson Research's Computer Sciences division. He also spent six years at IBM Federal Systems designing and implementing microcode engines for sonar and radar signal processing applications. Haragan holds a Masters degree in electrical engineering from University of Louisville and a BA from Haverford College.

Jeff Kidd
Co-Founder & Vice President, Hardware Engineering
Jeff Kidd brings 13 years of experience in the fields of networking, data communications and programmable logic. As vice president of hardware engineering, Jeff is responsible for the hardware design and engineering of NetDevices' solutions. An experienced entrepreneur, Kidd has co-founded two prior companies' SiliconMobius and Protean Devices. He also spent several years in senior engineering and management positions at IBM and Cisco Systems. In his seven years at Cisco, Kidd developed many highly successful hardware platforms, including the Cisco 7000, 7200, 7300, 7500 and 7600 router, and the Cisco Catalyst 5000 and 6000 multi-layer switching platforms. While at IBM, he developed ASICs for router products. He currently holds three patents and has three additional patents pending. Kidd holds a BSEE degree with honors from Mississippi State University.

Sudha Valluru
Vice President, Software Engineering
Sudha Valluru has 17 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry. Prior to NetDevices, he was a senior manager in the Wireless Devices Group at Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for technology strategy across a variety of wireless devices. Valluru also held various technical leadership positions at Cisco, including chief architect of a widely deployed multi-service chassis for the enterprise market. Prior to Cisco, Valluru was a lead engineer at Precept Software, a Cisco acquisition and early provider of IP Multicast solutions. Earlier in his career, Valluru held engineering leadership positions at Aspect Communications, David Systems and AMD. He is also the author of several patents related to wireless and VoIP technologies and highly available systems. Valluru holds a Masters degree in computer science from Drexel University.

Hamid Farhani
Director, Global Operations
Hamid Farhani oversees global manufacturing and quality assurance for NetDevices' products. Farhani has over 20 years experience in operations, process control and mechanical engineering. Over the last 10 years, Farhani has built entire manufacturing organizations and oversaw mass production of large networking systems within the enterprise technology market. He led manufacturing of communications and networking products at Raynet (acquired by Ericsson), Anda Networks, and Sanera (acquired by MacData). Farhani began his career as a design and process engineer in the avionics industry, and designed the bodies for Boeing's 747 and 767 aircrafts and the voice/data "black boxes" manufactured by Sundstrand. Farhani holds a BS in manufacturing engineering from Weber State University, Utah.

Ramesh Maganti
General Manager, India
Ramesh Maganti directs NetDevices' Indian operations. Previously, Maganti was the founder and CEO of Component Insights, an enterprise software integration company (acquired by Interwoven). Prior to that, he was a US-based senior technology consultant at Verizon, Ameritech, Sprint, EDS, IBM, and Continuum. Earlier, Maganti had established Indian operations for RothWell, a software solutions company acquired by HCL-Perot Systems. He started his career with Honeywell Bull as a senior engineer. Maganti holds a Masters in computer science from Ball State University.
