Seenu Banda
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Seenu Banda is responsible for the strategic direction and management of NetD. Prior to founding NetD, Seenu was senior director of marketing for mid-range routers at Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he concurrently managed multiple billion-dollar product lines including the 7200 and 7500, that spanned across multiple market segments including Enterprise solutions, Service Provider solutions, broadband aggregation, security, and access solutions. Prior to joining Cisco, Seenu worked at Intel Corporation for 6 years in strategic marketing and product marketing roles.

Amit Shah
Amit Shah focuses on early stage technology investments. As a Partner of Artiman Ventures, he is currently on the boards of Auryn, Sierra Design Automation, NetDevices, InvenSense, SiOptical and Zyme.
Prior to founding Artiman Ventures, Amit gained technology investment experience as a General Partner of Anthelion I & II, a seed stage venture fund. He also worked as VP of New Markets and Technologies for Cisco Systems' Business Development and Alliances Group. Prior to this he founded and was CEO of PipeLinks, Inc., acquired by Cisco (1998).
Preceding PipeLinks, he founded ZeitNet, a networking systems company which was then acquired by Cabletron (1996).
Amit has taught numerous courses and seminars in networking at UC Berkeley, InterOp, and other forums in the United States and abroad. He also authored FDDI: A High Speed Network, published by Prentice-Hall.
Education: Amit holds a B.S.E.E. from M.S. University Baroda, India and has done graduate work at UC Irvine.

Saurabh Srivastava
Saurabh Srivastava focuses on early-stage technology investments in systems and software. As a Partner of Artiman Ventures, he is currently on the boards of airwide Solutions, SiOptical, Kasenna, OpSource and Ortiva Wireless. Prior to joining Artiman in 2000, Saurabh was a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Cisco Systems' Corporate Business Development group, where he led the technology strategy for VoIP and wireless mobility teams, focusing on Cisco's technology and acquisition strategies in the voice-over IP, wireless/mobility and VPN areas. At Cisco he led 18 acquisitions and 10+ investments. Before joining Cisco, Saurabh worked part time for Philips while completing Stanford's MBA program. At Philips, he worked with a group that created the venture funding arm of Philips in the US. Prior to that, for almost eight years, Saurabh held various operating roles from engineering to engineering management, marketing and pre-sales at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Kaleida Labs and Digital Equipment Corp. He also holds two patents for networking protocol technologies.
Saurabh holds a B.S.E.E. fromd BITS, India, a M.S.C.S. from SUNY @ Stony Brook and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
